First Yoga Class at Kombat Arts

Well I‘ve finally got a blog up and running and I’m very excited to be writing my first post right now. I’ve been really busy over the past few months working and putting things together for Spirit of a Goddess. Our most recent endeavor has been starting a yoga class at Kombat Arts Training Academy. I have been doing private yoga sessions with one of the owners of the Martial Arts gym, Joey de Los Reyes for a little while now and he was so enthusiastic about yoga that he really promoted a class being held. He’s realized that the benefits of yoga are many and that it is so important to include in your weekly fitness regimen time to distress, relax and stretch your muscles. Your body won’t just thank you it will show you its appreciation by functioning better than ever! So I send a special thank you to Joey for making this happen.

The first class was held Sunday March 7^th, 2010 and it was a GREAT success! I was so pleased to have the opportunity to teach such eager participants of all fitness levels and backgrounds. Because of this the energy in the class was fantastic and I thank everyone who came out. I hope to see you all every Sunday and, of course, new faces as well!
